Mr. Thompson has extensive experience in tenant and landlord representation, project leasing, investment property sales, retail leasing and asset management. Additionally, he has worked with large families and their advisers in reorganizing property portfolios for estate planning purposes Mr. Thompson also represents national clients with facilities across the United States. Locally, Mr. Thompson represents technology companies, architects, advertising agencies and law firms amongst others.
Andrew Thompson has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. He has completed millions of square feet of lease transactions and over $200 million in property sales. Mr. Thompson’s clients have included large institutional companies such as General Electric Corp., The RREEF Funds and the McKesson Corporation.
